Use the following procedure:, - ensure the first basin is dedicated as the hand washing sink , - the second basin will be for washing and rinsing dishes and utensils, - the third basin will be for sanitizing dishes and utensils. Fill sink and prepare chlorine sanitizing solution at 100ppm (check using test strips) and let dishes soak, fully immersed, for 2 minutes.
