ConformeQuats sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm. Operator was instructed to prepare a fresh one which was subsequently measured at 200 ppm.
Beverage dispenser was observed with dried food spills and debris. Operator was advised to clean it properly to maintain the sanitary conditions in the facility. Operator provided the picture of cleaned beverage dispenser after an hour.
