Primo Water North America - Municipal Water - Bottled Water Facility

The concentration of chlorine solution was noted to be at 10 ppm at the time of inspection. The operator indicated that they manually add chlorine to increase the chlorine residual. This concern was brought forward to the manager of the facility. The manager indicated that the chlorine line was not connected to the bottle washing machine. The chlorine line was connected during the inspection. According to the testing records, the dishwasher was dispensing chlorine residual at 60 ppm at 10:35 am. PHI advised the operator to stop the bottling process and rewash/sanitize all water bottles. The unit was turned off at 11:01 am. All the water bottles that were bottled during this time were emptied and washed/sanitized during the inspection. The operator was further advised to add chlorine line in their regular monitoring procedures. Please ensure that the dishwasher is dispensing chlorine residual between 50 ppm - 100 ppm with the minimum temperature of 38 degrees C or above.

A weather strip was observed to be missing from the loading dock. , Please install the missing weather strip.

Cracks were noted on the floor., Please repair the floor.
