***There was some food packages/containers stored on the floor. Discussed that for sanitation and visual inspection purposes, food and supplies were to be stored on shelving at least 6 inches (15cm) off the floor. Much of the product was heavy and would be moved once the main stocking of the retail area was done. Follow up will be done at the operational inspection.
***There were no test strips for checking the sanitizer concertation. Discussed the testing range needed for effective chlorine based sanitizer. Follow up will be done at the operational inspection.
