I let Terry know that he will need to disinfect the water storage tank in the mobile unit with a 50 part per million chlorine concentration for two hours then thoroughly flush and refill the tank then collect another sample. I let Terry know that he needs to check off REsample on the requisition form and also include the access number 9016634 on the form.
