PassDishwasher currently not working. , Facility is using 2 compartment sink method with single use utensils for customers., Not using sanitizer in second compartment., Wash and rinse in 1st compartment, sanitize in second compartment for at least 2 minutes with either 200ppm QUATs or 100ppm chlorine, and allow to air dry.
