Pass2 comp sinks were not deep enough to submerge dishes use by the operator. , Please make sure install new 2 comp sink is deep enough to submerge biggest dishes used for food items.
There was no hand soap at the hand sink. Corrected during the inspection. , , * Please make sure hand sink are supplied adequately.
Operator has not submitted a water sample prior to operating this season.
Door was left open while operating. Flies noted inside. , *Please make sure screen door is installed in order to leave the door open while operating to prevent pest entry.
