The strength of the sanitizer was too strong. Information was provided to the Operator, how to make a proper sanitizer solution.
The temperature of the milk that was in the glass container on the counter was 15C-20C. The operator will put the container of milk in a container with ice in it.
The top of the inside of the microwave oven had a lot of cooked food on it. The Operator said that he will make sure the microwave oven is cleaned daily.
