Used cleaning cloths were observed placed on top of spray bottles. This was discussed with the operator, who was advised to place used cloths in a sanitizer bucket after use. The cloths were removed and set aside for laundering
The deli cooler at the pizza area containing fruits and yogurt is at 9°C which is below the required temperature of 4°C or lower. The yogurt was removed and placed in another cooler.
Used cleaning cloths were kept on top of sanitizer spray bottles. The cloths were removed by the operator.
