Some hard to reach areas have an accumulation of grime, mainly under/around the three-compartment sink., , There is small patch of dust buildup in the walk-in cooler adjacent to the light cover.

Chicken wings were being thawed fully submerged under cold running water. The operator then drained the water and kept the tap water running to continue thawing. The operator was instructed to fill the sink back up so that high-risk foods are fully submerged under cold running water.
The staff WC door was left open. It was closed by the operator.
A scoop was being stored inside of its bulk food container. It was removed by the operator.
