ConformeThe sanitizer solution in the cleaning cloth bucket measured 0 ppm of quaternary ammonium compounds (quats). The operator replaced it with a fresh bucket of sanitizer from the main source, which measured 200 ppm, meeting regulatory requirements.
Scoops were found inside the flour and sugar containers. The operator promptly removed them and placed them in their designated holders., , Unopened bags of flour were observed lying on the floor in the storage area. The operator transferred the flour into the designated container and explained that the bags were part of a recent inventory delivery.
