The main high temperature dishwasher was not able to reach 71°C at dish level. The operator found out the booster was not operating and reset the booster promptly. The dish washer then reached above 71 °C.
Two skins in the female bathroom and one sink in the male bathroom were out of hand soap. The operator refilled the hand soap promptly.
The food handling permit is not displayed. The operator indicated the frame was broken when they were decorating for Christmas, and they would display the permit in due course.
