Please ensure that the empty container is replaced before the facility reopens., , No sanitizer test strips were located at the time of the inspection. Please provide a photograph of the test strips.
A bottle of laundry detergent was placed on the floor in the dry storage area beside food items. The operator promptly removed the detergent.
Food debris was observed on the slicer stored on the shelf. Please ensure that the equipment is dismantled and then properly cleaned and sanitized.
Dusts were observed around all four vents in the kitchen. Please ensure these areas are routinely cleaned.
