Togo ramekins were being used in bulk supplies as a scoop. The operator removed the ramekins and put scoops with handles in the dishwasher for sanitization prior to using them for bulk ingredients.
The sanitize compartment of the three-compartment sink was dirty. The operator promptly cleaned the sink.
