Top layer of 2 large white cutting boards, located in produce area, were discolored in the middle. , These cutting boards should either be either resurfaced or replaced.
Corners, edges and hard to reach areas had some build up in the deli area around and behind the hand sink and by the large cooler door., Area bin the back where there was a pile of dirt underneath the large floor brooms., The inner corner of the freezer had an accumulation of dirt and debris.

In the produce walk in cooler, there was an accumulation of dust on the ceiling by the evaporator fans. Please ensure that the ceilings are clean to prevent cross contamination.

There was water dripping, from the evaporator fans of the produce walk-in cooler, into a bucket. Please ensure all equipment is in proper repair to prevent cross contamination.
