Turkey sandwiches, cut fruit, yogurt parfaits, and egg sandwiches were on display at room temperature. High risk foods must not be out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. The other plant cafeterias have display coolers. Inspector recommends obtaining a display cooler for this cafeteria too. Foods had not been out long and were moved to the fridge during the inspection., , Additionally, creamers must be on an ice bath if stored at the coffee station as they state "keep refrigerated".
