A used cleaning cloth was observed on the food preparation table. The operator was reminded to store wiping cloths in a sanitizer bucket when not in use., , Quats sanitizer in a spray bottle was measured at 600 ppm, which exceeded the recommended concentration. The operator immediately discarded the solution and refilled the spray bottle using the wall-mounted dispensing system. The sanitizer concentration was re-tested and measured at 200 ppm. Corrective
