Initially, no sanitizer was being used. Bleach sanitizer was picked up from their commercial facility by the operator., , Please keep a sanitizer solution on hand when handling food during special events.

Temporary handwashing station had paper towel and soap. A smaller bin was replaced with a bigger container for collecting wastewater. , Cold water was being used. Operator was instructed to refill container with warm water.
