No ready to use sanitizer was available in the kitchen. There was sanitizer in the front though.
The wall behind the grill/deep fryer line has a buildup of grease., Freezer lids in the back storage area had some build up on top and around the handles., Wall and stairs to the basement were dirty and require more regular attention.
