Several shelve of toys was noted in kitchen and bathroom., A change table was noted in the bathroom., It is not recommended to have children in a kitchen. Besides the obvious safety concerns there is also potential contamination issues from the children to the food products via the caregivers., , 2025-12-29: Toys and changing table were still noted in the kitchen by the rear exit and in the bathroom. It still not recommended to have children in the kitchen especially during food preparation due to risk of cross contamination.

Chlorine sanitizer test strips cannot be located by staff on duty. It was noted previously that test strips were bought during the last inspection.
