Two mop heads were hanging close to a bucket of drying bread. Operator advised that the mop heads were recently cleaned. Regardless, items used for cleaning must be kept separate from food and utensil storage.
The metal seal in the walk-in freezer is damaged as the wood is exposed. Repair this.
