Prep cooler was measured at 12C., Operator said the condenser on the unit had frozen up and he had unplugged it to defrost it., Several potentially hazardous foods such as cream milk, sour cream, etc. found still stored in the cooler. Operator removed these to the other cooler.

The sink and surface sanitizer measured 0ppm. , Inspector had operator mix an approved bleach sanitizer solution and measured the concentration at 200ppm. Facility will be using bleach sanitizer solution until their sink and surface dispenser is repaired. Facility had the appropriate test strips available.
