Manual dishwashing is not being conducted properly, and a dedicated handwashing sink is not available. A 3-compartment sink is available onsite. Use the following procedure:, - ensure the first basin is dedicated as the hand washing sink , - the second basin will be for washing and rinsing dishes and utensils, - the third basin will be for sanitizing dishes and utensils. Fill sink and prepare chlorine sanitizing solution at 100ppm (check using test strips) and let dishes soak, fully immersed, for 2 minutes.

Pest control records were not available , - ensure pest control measures are being taken and recorded monthly. ensure records are retained onsite.
