During use of the priming switches, there was no chlorine sanitizer being pumped into the dishwasher (with detergent and rinse aid pumps functional). The operator is to contact a technician to readjust the specific pump or change the plastic line (as the chlorine line may be clogged with air accumulation or solidified chlorine salt)., , Also, there were a set of 2-compartment sinks for manual washing, rinsing, and sanitizing (with detergent, cleaning compounds, and chlorine bleach sanitizer available - with test strips provided)., , Note: the operator was advised to remove the large unused (and non-functional) industrial dishwasher adjacent to the large wash sink in the dishwashing area. Also, it would be beneficial to install a set of 3-compartment sinks in this dishwashing area, as a complement to the commercial dishwasher use.
