Mouse droppings under sinks, behind ovens and in the oven bottom drawers. , Oven and surround had noticeable crumbs/debris present , Mouse traps throughout. , , The kitchen must be inspected and cleaned of rodent droppings daily prior to any food prep. Location of droppings must be noted on the pest control log onsite. Traps alone won't solve the problem, must find a solution and determine how the rodents are entering the facility and take corrective actions.
