Thawing of frozen meat and shrimps at room temperature were observed. Ensure frozen food is thawed either in the cooler or under cold running water. Food was moved to the cooler during inspection.

The shelf and wall of the rice cooker cabinet is unfinished. Ensure wall and shelves are maintained in a smooth, easy to clean and non-absorbent manner.

The ventilation hood was due for professional maintenance in March 2024. Ensure ventilation system is professionally serviced.
