Dish detergent was present, however, bleach was missing. Operator indicated that the bottle was on its way. , , Chlorine test strips were missing, operator indicated that it was on its way.
A noodle demonstration was being performed at the front and the noodles would be cooked afterwards. There was no sneezeguard or barrier to allow proper set back distances. Operator was asked to bring a table to place in front of the noodle table, have staff monitor the set back distance and/or place markers on the floor to remind customers to stay behind the line. Operator indicated that she would bring in a table.
Proper plumbing was present, Garbage bins were missing, operator indicated that it would be arriving soon.
