- Two flour containers in dry storage area with leftover food debris. Please ensure all food containers are clean and sanitary. The containers were taken for cleaning., , - One chipped spatula was found in a container with other utensils in the area under the dishwasher. The operators stated that the utensils are not in use. Please remove all utensils in disrepair and/or no longer in use. The utensils were removed from the area.

The following require attention: , , - High-touch surfaces, including door and lid handles of coolers - grease and grime buildup noted. , - Inside of stand cooler across from cookline., - Grease/oil buildup on cookline (side/edge of grills and shelves underneath)., - Two fryers with heavy buildup of grease – the fryers are no longer in good condition. Please remove or replace., - Strip warmer surface across from cookline - food buildup noted., , Please clean and maintain in a sanitary condition.

The following require attention: , , - Floors under shelves in walk-freezer., - Floor under cookline behind large equipment., , Please conduct a monthly deep cleaning of the facility and include it in the cleaning schedule. Ensure all areas are maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.
