During inspection 2 traps were observed with dead and alive cockroaches. , , Roughly 6 were observed between 2 sticky traps. , , Operator indicated working with pest control company.

Operator indicated new countertop for the small counter and sink section on the west side in progress. Surfaces on side appeared water damaged.
