The handle of the scoop used to portion small pork pieces for customers was observed in contact with the meat. Staff put the scoop in its designated position.
Flies were observed on the walls in the dim sum and bakery area. Remove plants on the counters in the bakery area, ensure the drains are well cleaned, fix leaks and ensure kitchen areas are dry.
A water leak was observed on the floor, on the small space between the tables/counters of the bakery and sushi department. Investigate the cause of the leak and repair unit.
