Hand sink was removed to install new wall tiles. In the interim, staff was asked to use the two compartment sink. A jug of detergent was asked to be placed in the sink for use. Paper towels were nearby.

Minor mouse droppings were found in the room with the slurpee machine. Operator indicated that it would be cleaned up.

The handles of the metal cabinet had buildup of dried batter. Focus on cleaning these areas frequently.
