There was no probe thermometer for checking food temperatures.
There was no obvious clutter free food prep surface in the kitchen. All surfaces had appliances, food, trays, clutter. , Re arrange, the kitchen, add storage if needed to clear space. The long counter across from sinks is narrow but the best spot for food prep. The small areas in-between the sinks would not be suitable. , Prepared food on trays can be put on a trolly to clear space.

The facility was not using the hand washing sink in the kitchen area to wash hands during food preparation. , Education on proper handwashing during the food handling is provided by the Health Inspector, Sylvia Wagar.
