A single use bowl was observed been used as a scoop and stored inside the rice container. Operator threw out the bowl. Please use appropriate scoops and store them outside of food ingredient to prevent its contamination.

Missing ceiling tile observed in the 199 Storage room. Please replace missing ceiling tile.
