*Frozen food products were stored directly on the floor in the walk in freezer. Reorganize cooler, elevate food products off the floor to protect from contamination, prevent pest access and facilitate cleaning.
*Staff personal lunch was found in the walk in cooler. Ensure there is adequate separation of staff personal lunch from facility food items to prevent cross contamination. Relocated to designate staff area or designated and label area in the cooler for staff lunches. Corrected on site: lunch was moved to staff room.
*4th floor servery items(e.g. cups, utensils) were stored in bins in the kitchen. Bins were stacked on top of each other without barrier to protect from contamination from the bottom of the bins. Discussed using a lid or tray to create a barrier. Add a barrier.

Observed dust build up on the ceiling around HVAC system. Ensure the ceiling is cleaned to remove debris., Observed dust and mould building up on the covers for the fans in the walk-in cooler. Clean. , Ensure staff are maintaining cleaning logs.
