This was corrected at time of inspection, as an employee raised the temperature setting of the hot water tank, with the hot water temperature rising to minimum of 45 degrees Celsius at the sinks in the food prep area.

Yes (corrected during inspection) - the ice machine unit was not being properly covered, as the lid was in disrepair and removed from the unit. Also, there was a cracked plastic cover/lid used for dry food storage (sugar) in the rear storage room. , , The operator and staff were advised to ensure the ice machine is kept covered at all times (to prevent any possible contamination into the open ice) and that covers/lids for dry food storage containers are kept in good repair, with any openings or cracks repair or the cover/lid replaced. The listed violations were corrected at time of inspection.
