The mobile food unit had its rear-side shutter door open into this structural addition which had gaps, holes and unfinished wood surfaces.
The greywater tank main drain on the exterior of the unit was observed connected to a drain hose that was left unconnected/open and on the ground underneath the mobile food unit.
