RéussiTwo Oxivir sanitizer spray bottles were present in the kitchen. One bottle contained accelerated hydrogen peroxide (AHP) and was correctly labeled. The second bottle contained a different cleaning agent but had the same label as the AHP bottle. , - The incorrectly labeled spray bottle was immediately removed from use to relabeled appropriately. , All chemical containers must be clearly and accurately labeled to identify their contents.
Mouse droppings were observed inside cabinets underneath the 3-compartment sink., - Inspect all cabinets in the kitchen for mouse droppings.
