Time as a public health control records appeared to be inaccurate. On the day of inspection, facility had several egg tarts (40), chicken pot pie, wiener buns, bbq pork buns, etc left with only ~1 hour left for sales. Records consistently indicated 0 products were discarded in various categories; however, this was not consistent with the number of products on the shelves at the time of inspection. Facility did not have any customers throughout the duration of the inspection.
