A red cutting board by front pizza prep line with a stainless steel insert and a tong on it was observed with melted and deteriorated corners., As damaged food contact surfaces cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized, please remove this item from service and replace it.
Dust and debris accumulation were observed on ceiling tiles in the front service area, pizza preparation area, and back kitchen. The most significant accumulation was noted around ventilation units.
