An opened bottle of sriracha hot sauce was observed on the front countertop. Manufacturer's label state that the sauce is to be refrigerated after opening. Informed operator who placed the bottle in the cooling unit. Please ensure labelling instructions are followed.
Frozen products were observed in cardboard boxes stored in the walk in freezer on the floor. Requested operator ensure all food products are stored on racks and at least 6 inches off the ground.
The QUAT sanitizer test strips were expired. Please ensure new valid test strips are ordered and available onsite.
No third party pest control reports were available onsite for review. Please ensure documentation is available for review.
