RéussiA visibly soiled cleaning cloth was stored near the prep cooler. Keep contaminated cleaning cloths soaked in sanitizer solution when not in use. Corrected onsite. The cleaning cloth was placed in a 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer solution.
The hot water tap at the back hand sink was turned off. Please ensure hot water is always available for handwashing. The tap was turned back on during the inspection.
The hand sink at the back was observed to have a slow drain. Please repair or replace.
Prep cooler surfaces had a build-up of food debris. Please clean and maintain in a sanitary condition. Photos were later provided by operator showing the cleaned surfaces.
