A container of flour opposite the walk-in- cooler was observed to have a scoop in the flour. , Corrective Action: Operator was educated on the danger of having scoops inside food ingredients and was instructed to remove the scoop from the container and all other containers that had scoops in them.

Quat test strip was observed to have expired since Jan 2025. Please replace the expired test strip to ensure sanitizer concentration is measured appropriately.
