The pink wiping cloth was sitting on the counter of the chicken wing prep cooler. , Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution in between uses in order to prevent the growth of bacteria on the cloth.
The interior of the black wooden bin used to store pizza pans at the front of the store is in disrepair- the interior surface is no longer smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. Interior surface requires refinishing to ensure that it is smooth, impervious to moisture, in good repair and easy to clean.
