No - there were issues with the front food prep refrigeration unit, which was observed to be at ambient air temperature of between 11 to 13 degrees Celsius (repair work was in progress and expected to be completed shortly, within 1-2 days - as staff had advised the operator of the issue). Also, it was observed that there were 'compressor motor disrepair noises' from the refrigeration unit, indicative of some form of failed functionality., , Note: the perishable food products consisting of sauces stored inside this refrigeration unit were removed and placed into a functional refrigeration unit at the main kitchen area, near exhaust hood canopy (with staff to use the front food prep refrigeration unit only when repairs/maintenance has been completed and the unit is functional once again, with interior temperature maintained at 4 degrees Celsius, or lower).
