Food and dirt were collecting underneath it. This area can no longer be appropriately cleaned and sanitized. Please fix the floor in a way that renders it smooth, durable, non-porous and easily cleanable.
** A green mold like substance was seen all over the shelving units and on the wall in the walk-in fridge. , , ** Caulking around mop sink is deteriorated and covered in a black mold-like substance. , , ** Wall behind dishwashing area next to liquid pre-soak dispenser has a black mold-like substance on it. , , ** Nozzle for washing dishes is dirty on the outside. The inside of the nozzle had scum build up. , , ** Customer washrooms were dirty on the underside of urinals. Pipes under the bathroom sinks had a thick layer of fuzz. , , Please ensure these areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
The liquid soap dispenser at the back handwashing sink is observed without soap. Ensure that soap is readily available at all handwashing sinks. The operator repaired the soap dispenser and provided liquid soap during the inspection.
Evidence of what appears to be repleta fly droppings is observed on the ceiling throughout the facility. , Ensure that the ceilings are cleaned and sanitized to prevent pest harborage.
The shelving and the counter in the service area located near the entrance to the kitchen are observed to be in disrepair and are no longer smooth, resistant to moisture and easily cleanable. , Ensure that the indicated area is repaired to be smooth, easy to clean and resistant to moisture.
A knife is observed to be in disrepair and is no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Ensure all utensils are maintained to be smooth and easy to clean. The operator discarded the indicated knife during the inspection.
The fruits and cake cooler is measured at 11 degrees Celsius with a probe thermometer. Ensure that the cooler is serviced to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius.
A buildup of food debris is observed on floor beneath the back handwashing sink near the meats prep cooler. , Ensure that the indicated area is cleaned.
