Verify sanitizer concentration at 200 ppm using QUAT sanitizer test strips. Video evidence was later received confirming proper operation of the dispenser.

The QUAT sanitizer test strips were expired. Ensure sanitizer test strips are valid to confirm QUAT sanitizer concentration (200 ppm). Photos were later received showing valid test strips.

Pest control records were available; however, several flies were noted in the facility. Please ensure that appropriate pest control measures are in place. The operator indicated that additional Fly Light Jr traps will be installed soon.
