Pass2025-08-28, Repackaged peanuts, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, & cloves were on display for retail. , , CDI: product seized & discarded. Education provided regarding requirements to repackaged foods. , _______________________, 2025-01-21, -Items such as peanuts, cinnamon and cardamom were being portioned and repackaged into smaller containers. , , This is not allowed due to the lack of a handwash sink outside of a washroom (proper handwashing cannot be conducted). All of the repackaged items are to be discarded immediately.
2025-08-28, The facility had set mouse traps and appeared to be monitoring for activity; however, written pest control records were not being maintained. , __________________, 2025-01-21, -There was a gap between the 2 front doors. , , This will allow for mice to enter the facility. , You must have this gap sealed so when the doors are fully closed, no light can be seen shining in., , -You must have a pest control plan in place. Open foods, such as donuts were being served, and spices were being re-packaged. , , This permit does not allow for re-packaging food items or serving open foods.
