Highlands Nursery School - Kitchen

A contaminated/used cleaning cloth was observed on the sink. Please ensure cleaning cloths are placed and stored in a bleach solution after each use or alternatively they may be placed in the laundry with a new cloth for each use.

A cleaning and sanitation plan/checklist was not available for the kitchen.
