The handwashing sink in the back food preparation area was observed to be non-operational. Ensure handwashing sinks are always operational to help facilitate effective handwashing. The operator turned the water valve on, and the handwashing sink was deemed operational during the inspection.

Mould was noted behind the 2- compartment sink in the silicone seal. , , Remove all mould damaged materials, clean and repair.
