Mechanical dishwasher was at 39C and 43C after it was warmed up and a few cycles were ran. Please look into repairing/replacing the unit to ensure it is at 71C or 100ppm chlorine at the dish level. , , Three compartment sink was equipped with detergent and bleach.
A stack of paper towels were placed between the two hand sinks in the front kitchen area. Please relocate the towels or store towels in a bin to prevent back splashing (cross contamination). , , Washroom was equipped with soap and paper towels. There was cold water but no hot water. Please ensure there is hot and cold water or warm water available. , , Hand sink in the back kitchen was missing paper towels in the dispenser. Please refill with paper towels.
