Employees’ coats, jackets, and shirts were observed stored on shelves in the dry storage room next to food items. These were relocated by the manager. All staff personal belongings must be stored away from food, food equipment, and food preparation areas., , Bags of rice were stored directly on the floor in the back of house. The manager was instructed to place them on pallets. All food items must be stored at least 15 cm (6 in.) above the floor to prevent contamination., , A scoop was observed left in the ice bin with the handle touching the ice. The scoop was relocated and stored in a clean container to prevent contamination.

A utensil storage bin was observed with dirt accumulation on the bottom. The utensils and the bin were sent for washing and sanitizing. All dishes/utensils must be maintained in a sanitary condition.
